The best peg to be on at Woodland View has to be the new canteen. We're able to seat 100 anglers at any one time and in addition to the new canteen facilities there is a new toilet block, also offering disabled facilities, and the new Fisherman's Friend tackle shop.

For any club fishing in the Oxford area of Cowley, the Cricketers Arms, Temple Cowley is the place to go for a great breakfast and a fish friendly landlord! The Pub is just minutes away from the Rover Social Club if your fishing the Div 5 National this year, but he's open anyway so try out.

Stibbington Diner, A1 South, just after A47 turning to Peterborough, Cambs. Great food, no rip-off prices, loads of different types of brekky from wimp to mega-mega, and perfect for teams practising for Div 2 National on the Nene in Sept (it's right near A and B sections). There are loads of Little C***f's restaurants around here, but I know where I'd rather go!!!

The best breakfast I have ever tasted has got to be at Lavender Hall Fisheries, Lavender Hall Lane, Berkswell, Nr Coventry. CV7 7BN, Tel: 01676 530299. All the food is cooked fresh at time of order and the girls who provide are Debbie, Lorna, Jayne and Jean, they are great and run a great fishery which serves a fantastic breakfast.
