Left: Top individual spot went to Farnborough's Lucas Coulter who weighed in a superb 43-14-0 of slabs. He netted 20 fish to 4lb+, all on double red maggot and feeder. Lucas is a chip off the old block as his dad, David, is a regular at Gold Valley and recently hammered Will Raison off the next peg - Lucas is obviously following in father's footsteps if this performance is anything to go by!

Below: Top team Farnborough Juniors (centre) registered three section winners in their 20 points total and had a combined weight of 104-11-0. They are flanked by second placed Petersfield (left) and Dorking Black (right).

Below: It was tough going for some of the smaller competitors... Jake Best, who's only tiddler size, gets some assistance from his dad, Eric, who's reputed to be something of a 'Heath Ace'. In the gale conditions Eric nets thens unhooks a decent sized skimmer for his pint sized offspring.
Right: He's all mine!
Jake's prize possession is given a big hug before it joins the rest of it's relatives... job done dad!

Left: Jake's splendid 22-12-0 catch which netted him C section. Above: ...and we did manage to lower that box a little for Jake!

Below left & right: Eric actually came to the match double handed... here his eldest son Lewis lands a skimer and displays his section second place of 15-8-0.

Below: Dorking's Brian Pocock struggled for most of the match but managed to snare this decent bronze beauty... he was obviously delighted!
